1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@nutrionx.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo of the unopened product (optional but helpful)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received).


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Products returned after the 7-day window


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@nutrionx.com.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
